Refund Policy

At SRS Archery, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. 24-Hour Refund Window

We offer a 100% refund if the return request is made within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
To qualify:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID and invoice).

  • Return shipping must be initiated within 24 hours from the delivery timestamp.


2. No Refund After 24 Hours

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds for requests made after 24 hours of the product being delivered.


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return and refund:

  • Email us at support@srsarchery.com with your order ID, delivery date, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  • Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during shipping)

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items returned without prior approval


5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • In case of approved refunds, shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
