1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Locations: 4–10 business days
Remote/Outstation Areas: May take longer depending on courier availability

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors like weather, logistics delays, or government regulations.

We currently ship across India.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.
You can also track your order under the "My Orders" section after logging into your account.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice.
If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s). We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
