1. Return Window

We accept returns only within 24 hours of the product being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged products (not due to transit)
Customized or made-to-order products
Products returned after the 24-hour window
Products without original packaging or invoice

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Email us at support@srsarchery.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Include your Order ID, product details, and clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect).
Our support team will review and respond within 1 business day with further instructions.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during return transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safety.

5. Return Approval & Refund

Once we receive the returned product:

It will be inspected for condition and completeness.
If approved, a 100% refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
